Redwood City is located 20-25 minutes south of  SFO / San Francisco International Airport and 30-35 minutes north of SJC / Mineta San José International Airport San Jose, CA. Check both airports for flights as the airlines have varied schedules and fares. Airfares will often be better at one location or the other. Ground transportation to Redwood City from SFO is most reasonable by airport shuttle approx $20 -$30 or cab $45.00-$50.00. From SJC it is best to use the airport shuttle since traffic and distance can make a cab fare expensive. Rental car is an option as parking is easily available in Redwood City.

There are several inexpensive motels within 15-25 walking minutes of the studio.
