Returns:

Wayne Wichern is proud of the artistry and quality of his work and wants you to be completely  satisfied with your millinery purchase.  We will gladly replace or refund your purchase within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellations:

If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will accommodate requests for changes or cancellations received a minimum of 24 hours prior to shipping. 

Credit Card Purchases:

Credit card purchases are processed when orders are shipped.  

Millinery Class & Workshop Fees:

Fees are due in advance to reserve your class space.

Fees charged to a credit card are processed two weeks prior to the beginning of classes.

Millinery Class & Workshop Refunds & Cancellations:

Fees refunded in full for cancellation of registration up to two weeks prior to the start of classes after which a 25% cancellation fee applies unless we are able to fill your space. No refunds are given after the first class.
